Window World of Laredo

Window World of Laredo handles replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors for homes in Laredo, Texas. Adrian Cadena, Andres Cadena, and Ramiro Ramirez run the company and oversee the work on exterior remodeling projects. They provide in-home or virtual consultations and focus on vinyl windows in styles such as double-hung, casement, sliding, and bay, along with smooth, woodgrain, and modern entry doors plus hinged and sliding patio doors.

Homeowners report full replacements of fifteen or sixteen windows at once, along with garage doors, front doors, and sliding patio doors. Old windows with cracks or non-standard sizes that let in heat get swapped out for new ones that fit existing openings. Crews address eyesore bay windows and outdated twenty-five-year-old units, leaving homes with better curb appeal, improved comfort, and lower heating and cooling costs after two-day installations.

The team arrives on time, explains options without pressure, and keeps work areas clean while removing old materials. They respond quickly to minor issues after completion and handle custom measurements for houses without standard window sizes. Work covers Laredo and nearby spots, with projects finished on schedule and staff available for follow-up adjustments.

Reviewers note consistent professionalism from the initial meeting through final inspection, along with noticeable gains in energy efficiency and appearance. Recurring comments highlight punctual crews, thorough cleanup, and quality results on both windows and doors. DIRT Score 4.9 from 121 reviews on Finds.

“Absolutely love our new windows! I can’t get over how much better our house looks with them. The Window World crew was amazing. Great recommendations by Ramiro concerning the bay window that was an eyesore and now looks fabulous! Enjoyed working with Adrian on styles and types of windows. Installation was not a problem as I worried it would be and no mess left behind. Highly recommend them to anyone needing an upgrade in windows or doors! Our house did not have one standard size window so everything had to be built to fit the house and it was well worth it.”

“I was totally pleased with Window World of Laredo since the beginning of the initial consultation. I first met Andres, who was the one that explained and demonstrated their windows, their warranty on the window, your options to financing, and any other questions the customer has. Andres is a very knowledgeable and professional owner. I agreed to install windows in my house and the process was very smooth. A couple of days after signing my contract, Window World of Laredo sent someone to measure my windows, three weeks after, my windows arrived and on Memorial Day, my windows were installed! Osmar and Gerardo, were the two gentlemen who installed my windows. It took them a couple of days to finish installing my windows. Osmar and Gerardo, take pride on the work they do, their work is amazing! My windows were professionally installed, they pick up after themselves, and they took all the trash with them! To sum it up, Window World of Laredo does an excellent job! They are a company whose customer service is very important and who keeps their customers happy!!! I highly recommend them!!”

“I just had 5 of my windows installed by Osmar, Andres, and his team. All of them were great! Very professional and work quickly. Also, they were PUNCTUAL which I appreciate. Two of my windows in the bedrooms had cracks and would let in a lot of heat. The other 3 were done in my kitchen/living area and it has helped TONS with keeping the house cool. We LOVE our new windows. It was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend them. Great quality and functionality. Thanks again Window world of Laredo!”

“We replaced several windows, a sliding patio door and a front door through Window World. All windows and doors are made with high quality materials, but we were even more impressed with the installation and service. Mr. Cadena guided us through the whole process with professionalism. The same thing could be said about their experienced staff. They worked with ease and were finished before we knew it. Overall, we recommend Window World for your needs. You won't regret it.”

“The guys at Window World of Laredo did a fantastic job! Three members of the team installed a new front door and a patio sliding door in one day. One Day! They kept me informed as they moved along, showed me how to use the new locks, and cleaned up. Adrian, one of the twins (watch the TV ad), called me upon completion and came the following day to inspect the work himself. These young businessmen me impressed with their professionalism, pride in their work, and attention to detail. Plus the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend hiring them.”

“Hey Laredo, there is a new company in town - Window World.. It is a game changer, with an out standing "Customer Service" business model. Beginning with Adrian Cadena during the pre-planning, design, pricing, and financing, no surprises, zero drama, window quality was as described. Next up on the team, Ramiro and Osmar (Installers), showed up at the scheduled time, and were ready to get them job done. Both, were professional, neat, paid attention to detail, polite, and cleaned up and hauled away all debris. I did not have to have eyes in the back of my head checking up on them while they worked, they KNOW their business, We had twelve (12) Casement windows installed, and are satisfied with the finished product. Really changed the look and curb appeal of our home. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to recommend to our family...”
