I have been looking for windows and had received many estimates from about five different companies, but they all seemed a little overpriced and/or I didn’t like their response time. I was getting a little frustrated to say the least until I walked into America’s choice windows. When I walked into their office, they asked me what I was looking for, They gave me a quick demo of the exact type of window, gave me a price which was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the cheapest estimate I had had at the time, everyone in the office had a very comforting sense of genuineness, I felt very good about it, and we sealed the deal in very short order. “We live on the corner of a busy highway and the road noise was unbearable. The road noise was so bad that at times that we could not hear the television. We decided to have sound reduction windows installed. Our sales rep “Stephanie” was very professional and guided us in the right direction. The windows were installed with no issues. The team was very courteous and installed all of the windows in a minimal amount of time. As for the noise reduction feature, it’s a night and day difference. “I read a lot of reviews on here and even though I may understand some of the negative ones in the end this was a good experience. The windows were delayed a few months but I expected it with all the covid delays and supply chain issues. George and Kevin worked their tails off having to remove 46 year old windows with 37 year old storm windows on top of them. Install was tough but completed same day. Next day the crew boss Edwin came in and finished up the caulking and cleaned up the windows explaining how they worked. Sales rep Stephanie followed up and checked on status as well.
