Affordable Siding & Windows

Affordable Siding & Windows handles window and door work from Lewisville, Texas. Jessie runs the company with his son Joseph. They replace siding on older homes, install new windows and storm doors, swap out rotten wood, add soffits and fascia, wrap houses in moisture barriers, and put up gutters with leaf guards. They also paint doors, garage doors, and trim to match the new siding while adding insulation backing to the vinyl.

Homeowners bring them in for full siding jobs on 50-year-old houses, complete window replacements, and fixes for loose wood that lets in critters. Crews handle the whole project in four to seven days, replace compromised sections before siding goes up, and add small improvements like extra painting or deck repairs at low cost. Houses come out looking brand new with tighter seals and better energy performance during cold weather.

They return calls the same day even on weekends and schedule walk-throughs and estimates quickly without pushing for decisions. Crews start early around 7:30, stay on schedule, clean the site at the end of each day, and keep owners updated on progress. Work stays in the Dallas and DFW area near Lewisville, with some jobs finished ahead of the original timeline.

“We are so glad we found Affordable Siding & Windows! We loved working with Jessie and Joseph. They answered every question, and fixed every issue. Not only that, but they were able to get started and finished ahead of the original start date! And we are SO thrilled with the new look of our home! We will recommend them to everyone, without hesitation. They do amazing work. They go above and beyond, and paid attention to little details we never would have though of. They even surprised us by painting our Chimney cover to match the siding!”

“Fast, efficient, quality work, great ideas added to designed needs. Siding, couple of new windows installed correctly (best), serviced existing windows. Did tiny extras More than pleased. They care about the finished look. Great warranty over competitors and could not be happier with the results. You’ll be happy you use them.”

“Initial price range was what I thought it would be, and they still gave me discounts. The crew was incredible. Not only did they show up when they said, they showed up early in the day at 7:30 usually. Most contractors/construction companies I’ve worked with wouldn’t be at my house until 9 at the earliest. They worked all day and house looks incredible. Their vinyl siding is NOT the flimsy stuff you think of. It’s also backed with styrofoam, so actually insulates the house as opposed to Hardie Board. Highly recommend this company.”

“Affordable Siding & Windows recently replaced all of our siding and windows in one project. That work took 1 week, during which we only had to be at the house for a day for the windows install. Jesse and his son Joseph were friendly, kept us informed, and made suggestions along the way to make the project better and more affordable. We sought 5 quotes, and Affordable was clearly the best quote for the project. The crew was professional and cleaned up daily, keeping the project tidy. The house looks great, and we REALLY appreciated the energy efficiency during this recent cold snap! We highly recommend Affordable Siding & Windows for your improvements! I am including before and after pictures.”

“We were so impressed with the work Jessie and his crew did. From quote to project finish he was super communicative, the crew was on time every day, cleaned up very well afterwards, and our house just looks SO good. We replaced our 50+ year old original rotten siding, soffits, gutters and shutters. I cannot recommend the company enough!”

“Jessie, the owner, is a true joy to work with - he's responsive, professional, and highly ethical. The crew did an outstanding job replacing our siding, fascia, and soffits, and installing a window for us. Their attention to detail is unmatched - best experience I've ever had with a contractor! We had a couple very minor issues which were immediately addressed, and Jessie was also super respectful of our tenants and us as owners. Highly recommend and they will be my go-to for all future projects!”

“Jessie took care of us in the best ways possible. He held our hands throughout the entire process. Going through a complete siding replacement is stressful in and of itself, but Jessie and his crew worked hard to meet all of our needs and more. They made our house look beautiful, and in the process mentioned several improvements that were inexpensive and well worth the cost. They even rebuilt an old rotten deck and stairs and fixed shoddy work from a previous contractor that we’d had done. Now, not only is our home beautiful, but it’s better insulated and sealed. We couldn’t be happier with the end results. Oh, and Jessie’s wife is an awesome cook! I’ve had Chicharrones before and never really cared for them, but Jessie shared some of her cooking for the crew and these changed this boy’s mind on Chicharrones!!! Thank you, very much, Jessie and all of the crew of Affordable Siding & Windows!!!”

“We chose Affordable Siding & Windows after getting several quotes and were extremely satisfied with Jessie and his hardworking crew from Day 1! It was a 4-day job and they transformed our house to "like new" from replacing all the windows, replacing wood and insulation and putting the new siding on as well as a new storm door. They were also meticulous with the finishing touches. (Rehanging blinds, outdoor lights, address numbers, painting front, back & garage doors, etc.) They were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of every long, hot day as well! They are highly recommended!”

“We had been debating on getting our siding done for a while. I contacted Affordable siding on a Sunday afternoon , expecting a call Monday, I got a call same day and they were out to do a walk thru the next day. Joseph came out and explained to us in detail the materials they used and recommendations on windows. Jesse the owner came out that same week Saturday with an estimate for services. We did not feel pressured to make a quick decison and all of our questions were answered timely and they put our minds at ease with their knowledge. The cost of our entire project for new siding to be completed as well as windows was well worth the cost. Jesse and the team were very professional , caring and gave great recommendations on color and what would look good. They even took care of extra issues they found so we would not have issues later but with no added costs. We have a brand new home! Everything looks great from the gutters to windows Jesse and the crew did amazing! He even installed the lighting fixutures , mailbox and address numbers! I can not recommend a company more that I can this one.”

“Could not be happier to have chosen Jessie and his team to replace our siding for us! Took 4 days, and completely made our home feel new. Wrapped the whole house in moisture barrier, replaced rotted wood, re-trimmed all windows, installed siding using screws and not nails! Painted doors and garage to match and added seamless gutters with leaf guards. Very professional, cleaned up each day, and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier! Highly recommend these guys for any work you need completed.”

“They installed new vinyl siding and replaced all windows & gutters. They also wrapped all exposed wood with metal and painted it as well as all doors to match siding. Their skilled and detailed work has my house looking brand new. The information, resources, and explanations provided were a tremendous help in making some key decisions. They did a great job communicating updates and next steps from start to finish. The crew was very professional, friendly, and skilled at their jobs. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were easy to work with. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future and can easily recommend them for any of this type of work you may need.”

“Jesse and his guys are great. The workmanship is top notch. The product they use is very high quality. The price was right. My house was yellow and boring. Now it looks like a new home. Start to finish was stress free. They did a great job cleaning up at the end. I’m very pleased. Let Affordable Siding and Windows make your house like new again.”

“We want to thank Jesse Elizondo and his crew from Affordable Siding and Windows for the outstanding, professional, and impeccable work performed in the installation of siding on our home. This project involved the removal of existing siding, replacement of compromised wood, and the matching of paint colors of entry doors, and garage doors. The crew worked with ethics, respect, and diligence, to ensure the completion of an outstanding job. The crew had a daily early start and tidied up at the end of each day. They also gave us the feeling they were always watching out for our interests as customers. Jesse always ensured the aspects of their work in making suggestions and recommendations during the process of the project. We highly recommend Jesse Elizondo and Affordable Siding and Windows to anyone in need of professional results on their home. Al and Maria Rogers Rowlett, Texas”

“I absolutely loved working with Jessie! I enjoyed his entire crew, I was sad when the job was completed. If I ever buy another house I will make sure and use him again! The painting, siding, windows and doors all exceeded my expectations. Be patient, they are busy but it's worth the wait because the work is perfect!”

“So thankful for affordable siding & windows (Jessie, Joseph & team). I was really nervous about replacing all out of deteriorating wood siding but could not be happier. The level of communication and customer service was top notch. The timeliness and work ethic wonderful. We have a big house/large job and every bit of it was done with care & detail. Highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Jessie’s team were on time and very reliable with the progress & the completion of the project. Jessie showed great leadership by being there before his team, preparing materials, equipment and their work area ready for the day’s tasks that is planned ahead. The challenge of TX February weather did not affect the awesome work they did. The siding, fascia & soffit all turned out beautiful & looks really sharp! We are so glad we chose the cameo to go with the brownish red bricks & it turned perfect. One of the best benefit from this project is that we do not have to paint FOREVER! They even did special touches that were not included in the contract i.e. painted my garage door, painted my front door, changed the old back porch light, cleaned my front light and made it look new & they even changed the button of my doorbell to this new pretty and lighted one! These were NOT INCLUDED in the project but they did and really made the house looking very nice. They cleaned up really good after the project and left my house looking like brand new. The new siding really made my house look like a new house. I have heard many complements from family and friends. Well done, Affordable Sid”

“I highly recommend Jesse and his efficient crew at Affordable Siding & Windows. They replaced my patio siding and covered the eaves all around my home. Any rotted wood found was replaced before any siding went up. They even painted my exterior doors to match the new siding along with a new address sign by the garage at no extra cost.”

“Jessie and his crew were awesome to work with they all worked hard and were able to complete the job on time. The job site was cleaned each day at the end of working and they were on time the next morning. Jessie and his crew installed siding, trim, gutters leaf guards, exterior door to the back of my garage, and also had a garage door installed and painted. They even did a few small things at no charge. I went with Jessie for his customer service, when he came out to give me a quote I had ask him about the wood on the side of my house that has not attached to the house anymore at the bottom I was concerned about critters getting in. Without saying anything he went and got a drill out of his truck and reattached the wood. He had not even given me the quote yet and at that moment I knew I was going to use his company. I did have a couple of other companies that I had to get quotes from but I had already made my mind up he was the one. His customer service is the best something a lot of companies could sure use more of.”

“If you need siding call Jesse. We are extremely pleased with his attention to detail. 70 yr old house is looking brand new. He did prep work we are sure no other company would do. Always on time and easy to work with.”

“From the first meeting to the final walk around and clean up, Affordable Siding was wonderful to work with. They paid attention to every detail and have transformed our house with our new siding. I highly recommend them!”
