From insurance paperwork, to picking the best quality and color to match the house he cared about us and our home. He made sure the yard and driveway were clean and once the work was complete. “We started with this company, and now we cannot get any response from them. We have 3 structures that need roofing work and had one under contract with them. That was 2 months ago and we have heard nothing about it. We cannot get in touch with our rep from there, and when we call, we can only leave a message at the company and get no response. The last time I called, I was put on hold and then disconnected. We have also left a message on their "contact us" page and have not had a response. I am now looking for another contractor that will be able to handle our business. After 2 months and no contact, I believe they have failed on their part of the contract.”
