“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with LD Lewisville Glass. I work with Lovepacs, and part of what we do is help families in need. Recently, I was helping a single mother with four children repair and restore a rental home that needed attention before the owner could sell it. Along with the volunteer work Lovepacs provided, we were able to help get the home back in order including replacing a broken bedroom window that had accidentally been damaged. I came into LD Lewisville Glass with a single pane intact out of the dual pane, measurements, and some basic experience from my handyman work. I met with Baylee Dillion, the office manager, a Gloria, from the moment I walked in, was treated with kindness, understanding, and genuine care. They didn’t just see a customer they understood the mission behind what we were doing. Baylee guided me through the process, helped make sure we had exactly what was needed, and because of the circumstances, Baylee and Gloria with LD Lewisville Glass were generous enough to provide assistance that made a huge difference.
