Installers completed the work faster than expected in several cases and kept the results looking clean and functional. Another project involved a custom color that arrived on time and fit without issues.

Reviewers mention that crews arrived on schedule and maintained orderly work areas throughout. Project managers such as Rebecca Ikenberg and Frank stayed in touch with updates and addressed questions on the spot. Pricing came in lower than expected for the quality level compared to bigger advertised brands. The company operates across twelve states and handles both standard and larger jobs with consistent follow through from sales through final checks.

“We replaced all of our windows in our 2 story home. Prior to we could hear everything outside and some rooms were warmer than others. The difference is incredible! Quieter and heat efficient. The sales team, the window installers, and project manager are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best windows for our needs.”

“Everything about my experience with Zintex exceeded my expectations. The dreaded window replacement process was made comfortable by the courtesy and professionalism of Alex, who did my estimate and managed the installation. The price was a pleasant surprise and the quality of the product appears on par with the more prominent (and expensive) names you see on television. Even with a custom color request, my windows arrived in a timely manner. The installation was done faster than estimated and, more importantly, done well! My windows look great and my house is quieter and more comfortable now. I recommend Zintex without hesitation.”

“Every aspect of our experience wth Zintex was fabulous! Our salesman, Seth, our guy who scheduled everything, Alex, and the three guys who installed all my windows were absolutely wonderful. I could not be happier with my new beautiful windows and all my dealings with Xintex.”

“Had a FANTASTIC experience with Zintex for our shower remodels. We had two showers remodeled and they were out the next week and got both done in 3 days. Al Inzunza is a great sales rep. Casey is a great field manager. Kevin Somchai is a great installer. Made it so seamless! Thank you Zintex!”

“I had Zintex come out and they remodeled my shower and turned my old small shower into a closet and they did an amazing job or I should say that my installation young man Fidel did it and he's the hardest working person I have ever seen. Fidel had 3 days to finish the job and he did it and did a great job on everything. My only complaint was that we wanted to have an insert like a shelf for shampoo and soap dish put in between the 2×4 and was told that we couldn't have it done which would of made it look even nicer come to find out it could be built in. otherwise I can't complain.I highly recommend Zintex they do it the right way with the materials use. Fidel would clean up at the end of his day. Thank you Zintex and Thank you Fidel for all your hard work and for your work ethic. At the same time I would like to thank Rebecca for everything she did to make this whole process so easy. As well as Jim Wilson are sells rep who came out and made the sell.”

“Fantastic tub to shower remodel! Our installer, Fidel was awesome! He was careful, courteous, and very meticulous in his work. Kept the area organized and as tidy as a remodel can be in progress. Our project manager Rebecca Ikenberg was on top of things and kept us informed of how the project was progressing. The whole team was great to work with. Including the salesman Jim Wilson who took time to walk us through the process and showed us progress photos.”

“Our design consultant, Brandon, was so impressive with his knowledge and patience with us! We asked a lot of questions and he took the time to explain every detail to our satisfaction. We felt like he really cared about our needs rather than just trying to “close the sale”. This was a big job! We had a garden tub and a tile shower they had to remove along with the tile floor! Our installers, Isaac and his coworker, were stellar in their workmanship and attitude. They kept us informed every step of the way and kept their work area as clean as possible during the remodel. The field supervisor, Frank, stopped by a couple of times to ensure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend Zintex to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.”

“I am a new customer of Zintex thanks to the pleasant field salesman, Cameron Baker, in the remodeling of a tub to shower install. Cameron exhibited a great presentation of material, products, and process of remodeling with a competitive and fair price versus other competitors. I was impressed throughout the entire process of sales, purchase, and install with Cameron, Alli Woodard, Chris Castillo, and Nancy and Luis Munoz. Mr. Cameron's down-to-earth and candid demeanor allowed me to make a great decision to do business with Zintex. Ms. Alli kept me abreast of the process and was very professional and attentive. Luis and Nancy were prompt for the install and worked efficiently and thoroughly with Chris to complete the demolition, construction, and install in two days. The finished product looks marvelous and Nancy took care of all my concerns and provided great suggestions to add value to our home. If anyone is looking to convert a bathroom to accommodate aging parents like us, contact Zintex and ask for Cameron Baker and the DFW Preferred Contractors (Chris Castillo and Luis & Nancy Munoz). I am a Very pleased customer. #ChrisCastillo#CameronBaker#AlliWoodard#LuisMunoz#NancyMu”

The installer, Christian Buchanan, was prompt, professional, helpful, worked very hard and did an excellent job. Casey Allen, the field manager, checked in periodically and gave us good advice. “Frank, our field Rep., came out and inspected our shower for issues I thought were happening with the glass shower doors. He was very professional and helpful. As it turned out, the door had just become misaligned and was quickly put right. He also inspected the bench as I had questions on the weight distribution. All was fine but as I said, Frank calmed my concerns quickly. This is a great company with wonderful employees.”

“From the consultation with Richard Meeks to the actual install of our new walk in shower, it was all done quiet well. Their was not pressure at any point to get something other than what we wanted. Natalie Harrod Project Manager stayed in touch with us throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the install. Michael did an amazing job on the walk in shower. He showed up on time and worked non stop until the job was completed. He made sure of where bars were to be placed along with how high we wanted seat.
