“Isaiah and his team are truly a blessing. They gave us a quote on the cost to repair my granddaughters car and stuck to it!! They said it would take him five hours to repair. Problems came up that caused him to work on the car for two days. Worried that the job was going to cost more we were told we were quoted a price and that’s what we were going to pay. Thank you Ornelaz Mobile Lube & Service for a job well done. Highly recommend !!!”

“The mechanic went above and beyond to inform me about the shady and incomplete service done by the technician working for the dealership I frequented. I genuinely appreciate the quick resolution of my issue regarding my power steering hoses (which turned out to be the incorrect ones selected by the dealership). I would gladly call these guys up again for future fixes!”

“These guys are great to work with, they communicate well and are very honest. I thought I needed new brakes so I hired them to come out and put new brakes on my truck. They showed up on time and when they checked they informed me that my brakes still had alot of life and that I did not need to change them now which saved me alot of money. Highly recommend, very honest people.”

“Isaiah and his team are super responsive, reasonable, and persistent. I really appreciate the many times they have helped repair our vehicles!”

“I was in town taking care of some business and visiting friends. Woke up Saturday morning to my pickup not starting. Had power but I would just click. Call and he showed up earlier than he thought from another job. Tried a few things then realized one of my 2 batteries wasn’t working right. Got new one installed and new connector for side post. He was very good and price was very far for everything he did, I would not think twice about calling him if I was broke down.”

“Shout out to Isaiah Ornelaz of Ornelaz Mobile Lube & Service LLC for going above and beyond for top quality service! He has come to my daughter’s rescue for car service several times. We live out of town and are unable to get to Lubbock for car repairs. Isaiah is our go-to-man when in need. He left on a Sunday evening during supper to tend to our daughter’s car! Thanks again for your service, Isaiah!”

“Excellent, fast, and professional service. Our truck broke down due to an issue with the alternator and this mechanic went above and beyond to help us. He diagnosed the issue quickly, kept us informed every step of the way, and got the truck repaired as soon as the correct part was available. He also helped our driver by getting to and from his hotel. Very knowledgeable, reliable, and communicative. We truly appreciate the urgency and care he showed in getting us back on the road. Highly recommend.”

“Isaiah is an absolute lifesaver! I was stuck in the Hobby Lobby parking lot and he showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. He’s helped me out multiple times before with both of our vehicles problems, and every time he’s been professional, honest, and incredibly dependable. His work is solid, his prices are fair, and he truly cares about helping people. If you need a trustworthy mobile mechanic, Isaiah is the one to call!”

“Great service and very knowledgeable. My son’s car was damaged in the storm, called mechanic and he came over right away. The engine was damaged by water. After claim was filed he communicated with insurance and did the rest of the work. Kept me updated and replaced engine. Car is running smoothly and I would definitely recommend. Thank you!”

“Great service! I thought my car was pretty much done for just from what other people were telling me. Mr. Ornelaz responded quick to my messages, was very affordable and told me everything as well as pointed out what was going on. My car was also stranded at my job and I was stressing about how I was going to get my car to a mechanic shop but also have to worry about towing. I did not have to do any of that, Mr. Ornelaz came to my job and fixed my car and I’m very grateful! I will start coming too him from now on and referring my family to him!”

“It is the day before Christmas Eve and we needed the car fixed like yesterday. I called and he was here with in an hour. I am a lady and I felt very comfortable letting him work on my son’s car at my house. He was fast friendly and efficient. He saved my son’s growing family’s Christmas.”
