“Just had one of your trucks swerve dangerously in front of me on the interstate at 7:00 a.m. (last four numbers of their license plate is 4916). Driving erratically on I27 and swerving in front of me as well as two others to get off on the 50th Street exit. They were inches away from the front of my car as they jerked over. I don't think they even saw me. Very dangerous. They were driving like a bat out of hell. I don't recommend this company at all.”

“We hired Pella Lubbock hoping their premium pricing would translate to premium service. Unfortunately, a series of errors and miscommunications made the experience very stressful. Further, Pella corporate and local management never got involved, and that's plain sad. The biggest setback came when our two large, custom sliding patio doors were mismeasured by several inches, requiring a complete re-order. While Pella covered the cost of their error, this mistake added weeks of delay. Thankfully, once the correct doors arrived, they were installed properly. Early on, we were told by the salesperson that Pella’s installers were direct employees and that our detailed interior trim and molding would likely remain intact. Later, we discovered all the work was being done by subcontractors, and the risk to our trim and molding was greater than suggested. Had we received accurate information up front, we likely would have postponed this project until we were prepared for more extensive renovations. A local foreman quit abruptly around the time the mismeasurements were discovered, creating confusion about who was in charge. This situation left our installer, Anthony—who did excellent work—”

“My wife and I have been looking into buying windows for our house for some time. After we reached out to Pella, it only took a couple of days to get an appointment. Our sales consultant Patrick Newman traveled close to three hours to give us an estimate. The process lasted about two hours. The windows are amazing and the quality is five stars. We did not make a deal on getting our windows replaced due to the cost and our lack of funds. (Financing is good with this company, we just couldn’t afford the payment.) Patrick was very respectful, and professional. He did not try to push the sale on us and for that I am very grateful. We would have loved the windows but they are out of our budget. I do believe you get what you pay for with this company. 5 stars on the windows. 5 stars on the salesmanship. 4 stars because the price. Thanks Patrick for your time”
