“Window World Lubbock did an excellent job with my window project. They were thorough and professional. They were able to answer all my questions. They provided me with everything I asked for so that I felt comfortable in selecting them for my windows and doors. They provided references and explained how the windows were built. I had already researched the windows too. We had one hiccup with a measurement during installation and they had to re-order. They would not let me pay for what they had already done until that was corrected. Sherri was my project manager and she knows her stuff. Corny was the lead installer and he was careful and did a neat installation and cleaned up everything well. My windows and doors are beautiful and I hope they will serve me well for many years. I would definitely recommend Window World of Lubbock!”

“Rod and the entire crew are very nice, professional folks. We purchased complete replacement windows and siding (with soffit and fascia) for our 65 year old ranch home. Communications while we waited for our windows to be custom built (4-5 weeks) was weekly. The 21 windows went in in about 2 days. The siding and shutters took another 2-3 days of on site work. The crew was very polite and cleaned up each day. Expect some noise, some dust, but only one window at a time was generally open to the outside at a time, and they worked on days with good weather. They gave us a cash discount, which was nice.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with my new windows. Victor and Randy did the install. Both guys were a pleasure to work with..very respectable regarding our property..cleaned everything up. Victor's skill is awesome. Sheri, our sales consultant was also a pleasure to work with, as well as April in the office. Thank you so much for our new windows. I will definitely recommend your company in the future. 😀”

“I had my new windows put in a day before the big dust storm and was amazed not one grain of dust on any of my window seals. The service was amazing and the young man who put the windows in was a perfectionist. I got the best price with window world and so happy I went with them. ❤️”

“I had an exceptional experience with Window World thanks to Tom and Bennie! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. Tom walked me through the various options and provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. Bennie handled the installation with precision and care, ensuring that everything was perfect. The quality of the windows and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Window World, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Tom and Bennie!”

“Fantastic to work with the folks at Window World. I have used them on two separate occasions now. Both times were excellent experiences. Our older window installed by them several years ago is doing great. Very happy with the newer ones more recently installed. Cost effective and holding up. John Sain”

“Fantastic experience. Sheri was knowledgeable about the product and sold a great home makeover. Benny (installer) worked all day and finished the 13 window job plus coil wrapping on garage in a day. Really good stuff. Trust these folks, they’ll make the job right for you. Windows are quality, huge upgrade from builder grade windows. Tight, quiet, solid product.”

“We replaced 4 windows and rewrapped 13 windows and 2 garage doors. Victor did a remarkable job, worked clean the whole time, answered questions, and was just generally accommodating and helpful. He came on time and finished on schedule even though there were a few unexpected challenges along the way. Rod, April, and the office staff were equally competent. 5 stars”

“Excellent service from the consultation to the install. My new windows are beautiful and I couldnt be happier!”

“Window World installed 13 windows. They were expertly installed by Bennie in just 2 days. We are very happy with our new windows and gladly recommend them to anyone needing windows.”

“Windows are lovely. The whole process was refreshing after the disaster of dealing with Woodbridge and their bankruptcy. The installation team was great. Cleaned up. Sales team great! Highly recommend.”

“Fast, courteous, and up front pricing, what's not to love. First we had our windows done then a few months later had window world come out and install a storm door. The ROE is great and so is their service.”

“I cannot recommend Window World of Lubbock enough! They made two casement windows for our kitchen which had no operable windows. These replaced two Pella wood windows, which were beautiful and perfect but didn't open. Pella quoted us over $10K PER operable WINDOW, and Window World installed BOTH windows for less than half that cost. Even though they are vinyl you cannot tell at all, the colors matched the outside trim of the large Pella picture window between the two windows and the interior vinyl matched the color of the wood casing inside. Amazing! The installation team was punctual, courteous, and took care to leave the area clean. They showed me how everything worked and apologized an incorrect cover had been sent for one of the cranks. They called it in and I received a text shortly that a correct cover had been ordered and would be coming soon. It was absolutely wonderful to cook bacon indoors and be able to open windows to let the bacon aroma leave the kitchen! We hope to be able to replace other windows in a bedroom that has stationary windows sometime in the future. Don't hesitate to call Window World of Lubbock!”

“Would definitely recommend Window World. They were cheaper than some of the other bids I received. They were on time, (actually, they called and asked if they could come early), and the installer, Bennie, was really polite and professional. Also, April was really helpful on the phone and walked me through everything so I knew what to expect! And oh yeah, my new windows look great too! 👍”

“Rod came to our home to estimate the cost of installing a new door to our home. He was on time and very pleasant in his presentation. We were very pleased with his efforts representing Window World and really enjoyed having him in our home. Due to budget restraints and earlier efforts to get this door installed we felt compelled to accept another offer for the door. In the future if we are in need of windows or doors we will certainly call Rod with Window World due to his kind and friendly manner and the quality of Window World products.”

“Working with Rod was great! The installer, Victor, was extremely talented and did an incredible job! Reasonably priced and worth every penny!”

“Just had our entire home updated with beautiful windows from Window World! Greatest installers! They were clean and neat, so polite, skilled and vacuuming all the time. It's kind of dusty when you have your 50 year old windows removed. They did come early and stayed late to finish our home in 2 days. We are so excited about the upgrade that these windows have provided to our home; the look and the efficiency of temperatures in our home is amazing! I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Be sure to get the privacy windows in your bathroom, just awesome! No curtains or blinds needed. The sunlight and moonlight coming through those beautiful windows is magical! I know we are saving money on energy, and I have not had to drag out my room heater at all. We are very happy 100%!”

“The installers were very polite & professional. Showed us how the windows worked. We have noticed after the install how well insulated the house is, quieter too! Windows look great! Thanks for the great price & service!”

“The guys were great they had the old window out and the new one installed in under 2 hours. They hauled off the old window and installed trim, caulked everything and cleaned up before they left.”

“Victor did an outstanding job replacing two broken windows from storm damage. He was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.”
