I contacted window source in 2023 to start the process of replacing the windows in our home. They were very responsive and very easy to work with. The install process was very quick and the windows looked great. I started to notice dirt around certain windows almost immediately. I wrote this off as just living in West Texas. I would also notice a 4-6 degree temperature change in the areas of our home with more windows. During the winter storm earlier this year, after experiencing huge temperature changes in these areas of the house, I discovered a ton of air was coming in around where the windows meet in the middle.
