“Poor installation. Interior caulk had a bunch of smudges. Exterior caulk started flaking off in less than 3 years. Air gaps between interior caulk and window letting outside air directly in. Faulty opening mechanism. Set screws on opening handles don't prevent it from being pulled off.”
