“I had a difficult time finding a company that could repair the broken window in my rear entry door. I finally called Johnson Glass, who were able to send someone out to measure for a quote that same day. John came, measured the window, and said he thought they could do it the next day. The office called a little while after John left snd gave me a quote that was much less than I was expecting and said it could be fixed the next morning. Sylvester and Darren came out and replaced the broken glass on the door, and left the work area looking better than when they started work. I would definitely call Johnson Glass & Mirror if we ever need a window repair again.”

“I’m so thankful for Johnson Glass. We had a window break in our Katy home during Beryl and received quotes from other companies wanting to charge $1,300-$1,800 to replace the entire window. We didn’t want to invest in a new frame and just needed the window fixed. Johnson Glass was able to give me a quote over the phone with pictures I provided. Installers were able to come out a couple days later and replace the broken glass in under a hour and for under $400! Incredibly happy with their service, 10/10 would recommend.”

“The worker left without finishing the job and the owner tried to charge me additional for sending someone out to complete it. She said she’d have to pay her worker to return. I explained that she shouldn’t pay someone to fix their mistake, but that’s her business and not my responsibility. This company used to be great, don’t know what happened.”

“They installed a window I paid them for that I noticed had a crack I noticed in less than a week. They then wanted me to pay again full price to replace it. I had to complain extensively and they still charged me to replace it anyway but not double the price. They then tried putting this new second window in, again, and it didn’t fit, so then they went and got a third window, and now it’s done. Window cracked in a high corner spot for no reason again. Not even going to bother calling them.”

“Linda is actually the rudest person i’ve ever met. There’s an older lady at the front desk with a boot on and while i was there she all but ordered her to run to her because she didn’t wanna get up. She’s rude to her employees and told me they had no common sense in front of them. please do not use them, they’re not worth the time, don’t spend your hard earned money here.”

“Terrible experience. Initially asked for my total cost prior to ordering. I never received an invoice for the amount. Then they came to install my shower door. They left my house without finishing the job and only once I called back did they inform me they didn't have all the correct parts to complete the job. OVER THREE WEEKS LATER they returned and had another issue. They blamed one of their workers which was apparently fired. Not my problem! Then once the door was finally installed they sent me an invoice for an additional $800!?!?! Why? Why would you charge another $800 if you already charged me for the full amount we had spoken of months before the order and 5 week installation process. Lack of communication. Poor management. Please reconsider using another company for your own sake.”

“If you need any glass custom made or repaired…This is your place! My husband and I have now used Johnson Glass and Mirror for numerous different jobs.. We have used them for window shields on trucks , custom glass for conference rooms, windows for houses and glass repair on broken windows in houses. Every single time we felt like a top priority from the employees at Johnson glass and mirror. They are efficient, communicate, well, and show up to complete the job at the exact time they promise! We all know that is hard to find these days. But I promise you will find it in them! We will continue to use this company and we highly recommend you do as well.”

“We recently used Johnson Glass for the installation of a glass shower enclosure. Based on product and their installers, the process was great. However, the customer service in the office and lack of being able to send people out in a timely fashion is the reason I can only give 3 stars. We have had to have installers come to our house 3 total times, including 1 for installation and 2 other times for issues beyond our control. Each time that we've had to have someone out, the ladies that schedule, including the owner, refuse to pinpoint a time. It baffles me that for maintenance items that were beyond our control that a company such as this would leave the customer waiting so long. Not only did they install the incorrect door handle at the original installation, they also installed the plastic pieces incorrectly and today, we had a leak that was fixed in a simple 15 minute visit. That being said, each time that I've expressed concern about this, they always tell me that no one is perfect and today, I was told that we don't live in a perfect world. I would not recommend this company unless I can be guaranteed that the install would be perfect or that if there were issues t”

“Trash service. Left the boat there all day to measure and cut one small piece of glass. Was insured by office staff it would be ready befor 5pm. I show up to pick it up it is not done so I simply asked for a cash refund “ I payed upfront when dropped off” and was told they didin have the money to give a refund and couldn’t complete the work either. Trash business and service. Don’t waste your time. With these people. I took my boat not completed and with no refund”

“DO NOT USE JOHNSON GLASS!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They showed up to install 3 residential windows unannounced on the wrong scheduled time. The installer blankly stared at the window for over an hour before saying he had to go to the shop to get additional parts. 4 hours later when the installer never showed back up we called the company to find that the installer had left for the day with an emergency. We never received a call to inform us of this and were waiting all day for nothing. Upon complaining the "owner" was very rude and conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner. They came back the next day to finish the job and did a terrible job. Windows do not fit properly and have to be re-ordered. Instead of dealing with them again, we ate the cost and will use someone else.”

“This is the 2nd framed bathroom mirror I purchased from Johnson Glass and it was delivered today and I love it so much. The frame is gorgeous and their customer service is top notch. I like doing business with local family owned businesses also. The guys who hung my mirror were so nice and even hauled away 3 old mirrors I had no need for. Come to find out I even went to school with one of the guys sister. I will definitely continue to recommend this company to everyone. Linda was so nice and helpful when I came in and she had helped me with my 1st mirror purchase and now with the 2nd. These mirrors complete the look of my new bathrooms. Couldn't be happier! “I was finishing a complete remodel of a bathroom with a steam shower unit that was going to need a fairly large enclosure. I had used another glass company for the windows and they were late. To make things worse they wouldn't come measure the enclosure after we had completed all our work. I called Johnson Glass at 3pm they were on the job site the next morning at 9 am. I had the quote at noon and the order was in-process at 1 pm. The unit was quoted for two weeks and was installed 1 day early. The finished product is stellar. The glass has some kind of smudge/soap scum resistance. This is amazing. There was one issue with the install that might have cost them a star but from contact to fix was under 24 hours. Fixing the problem (which was just a small area missing the seal strip) fast almost makes me want to give them 6 stars.”
