C & C Roofing and Construction

C & C Roofing and Construction runs out of Pearland, Texas and handles roofing along with window and door work. Charity and Chance lead the company. Their services cover roof replacements and repairs, gutter work, siding fixes, skylight changes, and window installations as listed in their profile and reviews.

Homeowners describe jobs that include full roof replacements after storms like hurricane Beryl, two-year fights with insurance over claims, gutter swaps to better match brick, skylight removals, new window installs, siding and trim replacements, leak fixes with added vents and chimney caps, and painting after repairs. Crews such as Hayden, Colin, James, and others protected plants, pools, and siding during the work and finished with thorough cleanups that left no nails or mess behind.

They respond quickly to calls after damage, keep owners updated at every stage, walk jobs with insurance adjusters, and complete most roof jobs in one to four days. Crews cover yards and clean as they go, with Charity handling bids, estimates, and paperwork so owners avoid dealing directly with insurers. Reviews note clear answers to questions and careful protection of property throughout.

The company holds five-star marks from every review provided, with repeated notes on insurance help, solid crews, and clean finished sites that draw neighbor compliments.

“If you’re looking for a roofing company, I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation we had. Their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question quickly, and made the entire process stress-free. Their dedication to doing the job right really showed. The crew was professional, hardworking, respectful of our property, and paid attention to every detail. Our home had cream/tan colored brick with matching cream gutters. Charity suggested replacing them with dark bronze gutters instead. I’ll admit, we were a little skeptical at first because it was such a big change, but we trusted her vision, and we’re so glad we did! The dark bronze completely transformed the look of our home, adding so much character and curb appeal. It was a recommendation we never would have thought of ourselves, and now we absolutely love it. The quality of their workmanship is second to none. It’s hard to find a company these days that truly takes pride in what they do, but they absolutely do. If you’re looking for honesty, reliability, exceptional craftsmanship, and customer service that goes above and beyond, this”

“If you need a roofer who tells it to you straight and will fight the good fight with insurance on your behalf, Charity is your woman! She was so helpful every step of the way and when her son and crew came out to remove the old roof and install the new one, they protected our siding, bushes, etc., and did a very thorough clean up afterwards. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend working with C & C Roofing and Construction!”

“Working with Chance and Charity has been wonderful. Their ideas for our house were spot on. Our roof was redone along with removing two skylights. The wood siding and trim was replaced along with new windows being installed. All decking was replaced with TrEx. Motion sensing lights were placed on each stair. A new bedroom and bath were added and it was done beautifully. We are very pleased with everything that was done and we are so proud of our home!”

“I cannot say good enough things about C&C Construction and roofing. We needed a new roof and were having insurance issues. It took 2 years of fighting with the insurance before we finally got the roof replaced. I would have given up but Charity helped me get through the red tape and frustration of having to fight for it. They did a top notch job in a day and a half. They helped us make good choices on the type and color of the roof and installed completely new gutters. I get compliments from my neighbors. They are a solid company and I highly recommend them!”

“Charity and Chance made a thorough inspection of my home and detached garage roofs inside and out. After discussions about my intermittent leaks, they found a couple of issues. We decided on a plan to replace the roof, replace the ridge vent with solar powered vent fans, replace the chimney cap, add some additional roof vents on the house. Their crew did a great job of protecting the plants around the house and helped to move larger potted plants. Their crew was professional, and they were constantly cleaning up as the work progressed. The roofs looked great when the work was complete. Charity, Chance and their crew were great to work with. I would highly recommend this team for any roof, or construction repairs.”

She explained the different options and cost. Her team performed temporary repair and replaced the new roof. The new roof looks amazing and offered best price and warranty. Highly recommended.”

“After hurricane Beryl Charity and Chance were immediately in our neighborhood to try and help. They made my wife feel totally at ease rather than feeling pressured and getting taken advantage of from the other companies that also came by that day. In a time of uncertainty charity made my wife feel totally comfortable and helped in ways I do not think many(if any) companies do. The install of the new roof was nothing short of complete professionalism and was done with minimal inconvenience to us. Even in spite of challenging weather the roof was completed in 4 days. After watching many of my neighbors roof replacement take up to a week in perfect weather, I can confidently say that Charity and Chance run a superb crew and process. The quality of the inside painting was excellent and the care their crew took to guard against a mess was impressive. If you want something done the right way and with care then Charity and Chance have to be at the top of your list. You can trust them.”
