“I had the good fortune of welcoming Rusty onto our property for a post hail storm roof inspection this afternoon. Several neighbors in my area had roofs recently replaced as a result of storm damage. Rusty was on time, thorough, honest, and professional. After a rigorous 40 minute hands on inspection of my home, he advised me that there simply wasn't enough damage to warrant writing up a bid for insurance review purposes and went so far as to advise me that forgoing any further damage.....our roof appeared to be capable of serving us well for several more years. Not knowing any better, I would have been happy to play along as we would have done our best to navigate the process with our insurer. Rusty saved us untold time, trouble, and money today. As a result, I know we'll eventually reward DXT's honesty with our business.”

“Please beware of dealing with this company. The owner (stephen) will give you all kinds of stories about being honest and ethical but will turn around and send his employees to buy very poor quality low grade material from home depot (which is completely opposite of what he tells you that you are going to get) instead of commercial grade material which is more durable and lasts longer. When my roof was replaced by this company, I had multiple areas in my attic where there was debris and disconnected pipes- I had to force them to correct their mistakes and poor workmanship which was really stressful. I paid close attention to this dishonest behavior and had to refuse installation of poor quality material on multiple occasions. I would not recommend this company at all!! Would give less than one star.. if possible!”
