Expert Windows of Texas

Expert Windows of Texas takes care of window and door replacements in Pearland, Texas. Kevin and Todd handle the sales and installs for both homes and commercial spots. They put in standard windows along with high-impact storm windows and doors, plus they remove old frames and haul away the debris. Jobs range from single window upgrades to full house swaps that include patio doors.

Homeowners call them out for lake houses needing twelve new windows that update the whole look, three-story stucco homes with eighteen replacements, and bigger runs like twenty-two windows across a property. Several mention energy savings from windows with UV coatings that keep interiors cooler and drop utility bills. Others note safety features that let windows open without break-in risks, plus soundproofing that cuts outside noise. One customer reported a five-month stretch with delays, two broken units, wrong sizes, and missing screens after the main work finished, while most others describe crews finishing in a single day and leaving the site clean.

Kevin and Todd show up for site visits, explain options, and follow up after installs to check results. Reviewers note the order-to-install window often lands around three weeks, with crews covering floors and yards then clearing all trash. They handle both residential and commercial calls, keep pricing straightforward, and work efficiently even on tougher access jobs. Communication stays steady for the bulk of projects, though one case showed one-sided contact until the customer followed up repeatedly.

Most feedback highlights solid workmanship, professional crews, and windows that hold up well over years. A few single-star notes focus on scheduling slips. DIRT Score 3.9 from reviews on Finds.

“After speaking with a few friends that had new windows installed, I contacted Kevin with Expert Windows of Texas. He came out and talked to me about my options. I am so pleased with my new windows. From ordering and installation was only about three weeks. The crew was very professional and did a good job. Kevin even came out a week later to check on me and make sure I was happy.”

“Kevin did an excellent job installing 12 brand new windows on my lake house. It gave the house a completely new and updated look. I would recommend him to anyone looking for any home improvement work.”

“Kevin R. sold me the most awesome windows several years ago. They have a coating on them that keeps the suns UV rays from destroying photos and material. They have safety features on them that allow you to open them up on cool days/nights and don’t have to worry about anyone breaking in. The most wonderful part about these windows is that my utility bills have dropped phenomenally. The old windows used to get hot to the touch, and the sun shining on my countertop would make it so hot I could fry an egg on it. These windows deflect the heat, stay cool, and keep everything in my house cool. With utilities constantly going up, I’m sooo glad I invested in these windows.”

“Windows were to be installed week of Halloween. Never heard anything. When I reached out said it would be Thanksgiving. I reached out the week of Thanksgiving came out after Thanksgiving tonight stall. Had 22 windows replaced 2 were broken and 2 were wrong size. No communication till I called to see what was going on. Said they were reordered. They were installed in March only to be missing 3 screens. Had to call to see what was going on with the screens. Still have not received the screens. This is a 5 month plus ordeal. The communication is one sided.”
