“I found RB Windows and Siding on Google Maps when looking for a business to replace some old siding in the atrium in my home, and I was convinced by the positive reviews to reach out for an estimate. From first contact working with Richard was pleasant and easy. He showed up when he said he would and was polite and easy to work with. The price I was quoted for the siding replacement was so reasonable that I asked him to go ahead and quote a few window replacements as well, which I also ended up purchasing. The job was done in two parts, starting with the siding while the windows were on order. Both crews were exceptional and provided very high quality work. They were respectful of my property, cleaned up after themselves, and really left me with a great looking finished product, including color matching the paint to the existing siding and making sure everything blended well. I have found it difficult to find honest, reliable contractors who do what they say they'll do, but that was not the case at all with Richard and his crew. If I need siding or window work in the future there is no doubt about who I will call.”

His installation crew was super friendly and efficient. They installed 20 windows in about 6 or 7 hours. The crew also did a great job cleaning up when they were done. “Excellent company and product. We had our entire set of back windows replaced, and, that same day--for the first time ever--our a/c didn't run non-stop in the heat of the day. In fact, I heard it cut off for a while at 4 pm, with a heat index of 105. That's never happened. The funny thing is that Richard could have sold me a product that cost twice as much, but that I didn't need. Instead, he came out and consulted with us to really understand what it was we wanted, and we couldn't be happier. He and his team were total professionals and cleaned up as they went. We started the day with crappy windows and ended with awesome ones, and you couldn't even tell that anyone had been working there that day. Very professional AND ethical. It is sad but only a handful of people in the Pearland area stand behind their work these days. Something not right? Richard will make it right.
