“We recently replaced all 18 windows in our two-story home with NewSouth Windows and were very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. We decided it was time to replace the original windows on our home built in 2003 and were hoping that the new windows would be more energy efficient and help make our A/C unit more efficient and hopefully reduce our overall heating/cooling bill. We had NewSouth Windows come out to provide an initial quote and I share this only for those who have never replaced windows before – these windows are expensive. They aren’t the most expensive out there (we’ve heard that Renewal by Anderson, a competitor is at the top of the pricing scale) but the overall cost of the project gave us sticker-shock. We understood that the quality of the windows, the construction and materials used are not cheap so we moved ahead with the project. There is financing available (0% interest for a period of time) so we used that to help with the cost. The process was easy and once we signed the contract and moved ahead, we waited a few weeks before the windows were ready for installation. “We just had Matthew come out this week for the initial meeting. He answered all our questions regarding New South windows and we like the product and the look. Seeing the hot and cold display was a good example to see, and the automatic locking is great. The aluminum is a plus to help give the window strength. He and Shane worked together to get us the best deal possible, and matched another quote we had received. We plan to replace all our windows in phases, so we look forward to having energy efficient windows put in a few weeks and start to save money. We will continue to review through the process. “I just had my windows put in and they are beautiful. The entire process was painless from ordering to install. The install team was extremely professional, on time, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. We reviewed their work upon completion and it was much better than I expected. You could tell that these guys took pride in their work. If I had any complaints - it would be that there was no communication from the office on the status of widows during the waiting period. But when I did call they were extremely helpful and provided answers. All and All the experience was GREAT!”

“I was not too familiar with NewSouth Windows, but I was pleasantly surprised with the detail of knowledge and process that was presented. Financing was easy to obtain and pricing was in the philosophy "you get what you pay for" especially with the lifetime warranty of the product. Matthew, the representative who delivered the presentation, was knowledgeable and did not get flustered when asked many questions (many many questions) which interrupted the order of his presentation. He was professional, courteous, informative and above all accepting of pets.”

“Last Thursday, 10/12/24 Charles Bartlett came to our home to talk to us about windows and doors. Big home projects like this are nerve wracking. It’s costly and a huge commitment. Charles knew his stuff and answered all our questions. He even addressed issues we didn’t even know to ask. He worked, reworked and then reworked the numbers again and again finding ways to give us the best deal. As he was explaining the guarantees I got skeptical. I was thinking to myself “yea sure, but he doesn’t really mean ANY time a window seal might break they’ll replace it”…..”you don’t mean if a window accidentally breaks you’ll replace it”. I’ll be darned he meant it!! 🤯 We decided to go for it and replace ALL the windows along with the front and back doors. A few days later Johnny Stephens came out to do a precise measurement. He also was very professional and thorough. Johnny’s know A-LOT about windows and been in the business a long time. Let’s just say if Noah’s Ark could have had windows, Johnny probably installed them. That experience is comforting. I’ll be doing a follow up review on how things go and I have great confidence I will still be singing their praises after install.”
