“Excellent customer service from the time I inquired... through the sales process, ordering my custom windows, and the installation. Great follow up and communication. I enjoyed meeting Kellus, he walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the perfect windows for my house. Carlos’ installation team did an amazing job, they were very thorough and kept my house clean. They checked in with me regularly during the install. “7/28 Update - the "Over Promise, Under Delivering" continues. Where the WW team made strides to get my window fast tracked, I have been provided multiple delivery/installation dates that magically change the morning the installation is to occur. "Over Promise and Under Deliver" has to be the motto of this franchise within Window World because at no point can you get a true answer and their "leadership" tells you that they are working on it without any proof that they have done anything. I started down the path of getting windows replaced by Window World after some recommendations and the estimate we received. I was told by Derek, my sales rep, that it would take 6-8 weeks to get everything delivered with installation. At the end of that 8 weeks, no one would answer the phone or give me a call back. Derek told me his manager, Derrick W, would call me and that never happened. I contacted their customer service line and was told someone would call me back within 24 hours and that never happened. “Pros: The Window World windows and sliding doors look beautiful. I bought them 1.5 years ago and wanted to give you a realistic review after some use and time. I used dual colors, the HOA-approved brown on the outside and white on the inside. If I had any issue such as remove the screen from one of the windows they did it in a timely manner. When they installed it took maybe 30 mins to an hour per window/door, I thought they were quick and efficient. Customer Service was good and nice, they give you a supervisor to take care of any issues after the installation. Cons: Double hung windows. My opinion is don't bother. They have gaps on the upper sides and on the lower level between the top horizontal plastic and the window. This allows air and insects in. Forget any electricity savings if the air comes blowing in, it is still affecting the temperature and humidity inside. My electric bill is the same as it was the previous year, although the sliding doors feel cooler. I use tape to seal the gaps on the sides of the double hung windows, which is trashy after spending thousands, but that helps to keep the outside heat/cold out.
