“I ordered a door for about $1,400. It arrived after a week. Upon installing the doors, I noticed they didn't cut it while for the lock cylinder. Then as we are installing the doors, after 5-6 hours of installing the door, we noticed the doors weren't sitting right, and it looked like the door hinges were cut out out in the wrong spot. Video called a door installation company, they confirmed the hinges on the door jam were cut indirectly. Support said a new hire cut out hinge spots, and messed up. This was after many hours of calls with support for several issues, including missing hardware and missing screws. The support team is less than competent. I spent an hour with one person explaining that the door was missing the cutout for the lock, which they later confirmed was an error and should have been drilled. Most of the time I call support I don't get answers, and I had to re explain my situation most times. I asked one if they take notes on the calls because it's like a blank slate most times. Incredibly frustrating. They finally accepted that the issue was in their side and decided to send me a new door jam and doors, since both the jam and door had not been drilled out correct”

“If I Could Leave -5 Stars, I Would – A Complete Nightmare Purchasing a patio door from United Porte has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I visited their Houston showroom, selected a door, and trusted their product—only to be met with incompetence and terrible customer service. When my contractor installed the door, we immediately noticed something was wrong. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that one of the doors was incorrect or defective. Yet, instead of taking responsibility, United Porte has repeatedly blamed us—claiming it was "installed wrong" without any proof. For nearly a week, my house has been left unsecured because of this faulty door, and their only response is that they need to "check with the warehouse" or "talk to Europe." Their complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue is unacceptable. They have ignored my calls, dismissed my concerns, and left me with an open, unsafe home. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their products cannot be trusted.”

Honestly they feel a lot nicer than I expected for the price solid, not hollow, and the finish looks clean. Showed up in about a week, no damage. The people at the showroom were helpful without being pushy. Been a couple months and everything still looks good.”
