There was a slight hiccup (water or drainage lines not where they should have been) which put them a bit behind schedule, and they requested permission to stay a bit later and complete the job. “The main install team of Malik R., Chris M., and Karl T. Were super professional and easy to work with on any details. The only negative to this bathroom upgrade was it was not 100% completion. It did not include mirrors over the vanities or repainting the bathroom. However, all the work that was complete was fantastic. Update on walk-in tub installation: finally used the walk-in tub for the first time since it was installed. It was a disaster. Once filled and the jets are turned on, water leaked out all over the bathroom floor. Also, the shower handle will not stop dripping as it will not completely shutoff no matter how many times we turn it on and off. We never got a chance to select a tub, it was the one West Shore provided - sight unseen to us. Suggest they find another company to get their tubs from as this one is terrible. Second Update on walk-in tub issue: West Shore are working hard to resolve the serious leaking issue; however, it still is not resolved. We are waiting for a new door to arrive from the manufacturer. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue. Everything else looks really good.”

“Serg and Rueben I was very pleased with the professionalism of Serg and Rueben. They did a great install. The installers are the reason for 5 stars. Unfortunately, I am not pleased with the finishes on the door interior. They get a one star. The screw cap covers along the trim are visible to the point of distraction. This is unacceptable for a product of this price and supposed quality to look like a substandard door. What I got was not what was “sold” to me. I also asked that the paint match white dove instead of snow mist. I was told it was so close I wouldn’t know the difference. It’s not even close. I hope the company stands by its customer service reputation and remedies these issues.”
