“From start to finish; very pleasant experience (even the sales part). Brandon’s install crew was top notch. They were a very efficient crew with great personalities. I must have asked 100 questions during the install and they remained pleasant and informative through the entire process. i would not hesitate to have them do more work for me nor recommend them for anybody else looking for windows. Let me start by saying that I am not getting rewarded in anyway for doing this. 2 years ago I purchased 4 windows (needed 12 but I wanted to start small), from Champion cause they had a buy 2 get 2 sale. they were also highly rated on all sites. One day I got a call from Window World and I decided to see what they had to offer ( I was not going to buy anything). The sales person was so knowledgeable and I was so impressed by the product, not to mention the great price compared to Champion and Anderson, That I decided to buy the other 8 windows. My goodness, what a great decision that was! Windows are even better than I though they were going to be. If I had the money I would replace the Champion windows with these windows! I was treated like a valued customer every step of the way. The installation crew was professional, efficient and very accommodating. listen, bottom line is this, if you are going to buy windows for your home, call Window World. You will be pleased!!”

“Mario’s crew showed up on time did all nine windows. All three of the workers did a fantastic job. All of them have very good personalities very courteous . They just worked the whole day through until they were done picked up and cleaned up after all the installation showed me how to use the windows. I’m very happy with the job that they did . In the future when I have another project done I would like this crew to come out because they did a fantastic job.”

“John Henry is a great commentator. He explained everything and answered all our questions with as much detail as we needed to feel confident. We have gone the “least expensive” route before and this time wanted to do the job right with a true lifetime warranty and great financial terms. John Henry did everything he could to get us the best product within our budget. I feel confident this is a good decision. Hector, Daniel, and the whole installation crew were the best. I work in leadership and can recognize a great leader and crew, these guys were the best. They worked so well together I could barely tell who was in charge. “we are happy with our new windows - Window World has made another customer experience very good - we knew our 25 year old windows had seen its best days years ago. But sitting here a day after installation with clear glass and realizing the air conditioner had not come on as much today, we are thankful for a job well done. Our install crew was in by mid morning and gone before dinner - the crew was lead by a very nice man and two willing helpers - they had an organized plan, put it in motion, worked well together, had all their supplies in place, didn’t make a mess inside or out, which made the cleanup efficient and quick - thanks go out to the crew leader Brandon Crew, along with Cory and Marcos. “Editing because they left a whole muddy mess all over the front of my house my driveway and the sidewalk that I had recently had power washed they said they were going to come back and take care of it but made me wait 6 days and it's still dirtier than it was when they came out to originally do the job......... The windows are nice but the service was lacking Hector and his team did a wonderful job doing the install. No troubles. It has been raining that morning and there was mud everywhere but they put drop clothes all over and cleaned off my welcome mats and my patio. The windows are beautiful.”

“Experience overall was good. Ms. Johanna Lynch, sales representative, thoroughly reviewed all options. The guaranteed "good for a year" quote is based on the price prior to any specials or discounts. Final measurements were completed shortly after purchasing, whereas I was informed a clearance of about 4' was needed to give enough room to remove/install windows and all blinds, to include brackets, are required to be removed. Installation, accomplished by Mr. Hector Montes and his crew was completed about 1.5 months earlier than expected. Mr. Montes clearly informed me of what the process was, how they approached removal and installation of the windows, etc, and were kind enough to reinstall the brackets for my blinds. Depending on the number of windows being replaced, be prepared for a workout if you have anything in or around the windows. Overall, decent experience, and it does appear to keep the home cooler than before.”
