Custom Windows & More

Custom Windows & More operates out of Schertz, Texas as a locally owned outfit that David runs. They focus on replacement windows, entry doors, and siding with an emphasis on energy efficient options that lower utility bills. The company draws on more than twenty years in the building trade to handle these upgrades for homes in the area. David handles consultations and works with Jacob and the rest of the crew on the installs.

Homeowners bring them in to swap old single pane windows for new ones in stucco houses or to put in fresh entry doors. David and Jacob have overseen jobs that cover six windows, ten windows, or even twenty two windows in a couple of days. The crew also steps in on warranty fixes for Anderson windows even when they did not do the first install. Results include better looks, improved function, and noticeable drops in energy use once the work wraps up.

The team answers calls promptly and stays in touch with updates throughout each project. They keep costs lower than bigger companies while still using solid products. Installs move quickly with crews that respect the structure, clean up after themselves, and finish on time. David and Jacob show up for questions and sort out issues on the spot without dragging things out.

Their team was exceptionally professional—attentive, responsive, and always willing to address any questions or concerns I had. When an issue arose, they handled it promptly and focused on finding a fair solution. To sum-up this team in a word (David and Jacob)... Integrity! The new windows are top-notch, beautiful, and I can already feel the difference in energy efficiency. David, Jacob, Kevin and his respectful installation crew were among the most professional contractors I’ve worked with on any home project. Looking forward to replacing my front door with them next. “Excellent experience. My wife and I have been shopping for new windows for years and are delighted we waited and used Custom Windows & More . The entire experience was professional and informative from start to finish .David ,Jacob and crew were extremely knowledgeable . Their product was just what we were looking for and at a price we could afford. We saw the same or similar products at larger companies but the prices were much higher ( got to cover those expensive TV ads) and we seemed just another customer . The guys at Custom Windows made us feel appreciated and they were very attentive to all our questions and needs. We were told two days install on 19 windows ,I had my doubts, but the installers were clean and proficient and completed the job as promised. The entire experience was FANTASTIC from start to finish. We HIGHLY recomend this company .”
