“I contacted Pat in early March 2021 to provide a quote for a multipanel glass door system. We had a good chat and he asked for photos and dimensions, which I sent immediately via email. I waited weeks for any reply and then I got an excuse that he was out of the country. Eventually I got a quote for $22k, which was seemingly outrageous, so I asked for more details about what door system he chose, what color, dimensions, permitting requirements, timing, etc. and I have gotten no reply since. In 5 weeks, I sent 8 emails and made 10 phone calls without receiving an actionable plan or resolution.”

“I originally emailed the company from their website where they ask to fill out the information for a quote. When no one got back to me for a couple weeks I decided to call to set up the quote. No big deal.. they scheduled me for the following week and came out, did some measurements, and went on with their day. After not hearing from him, I reached out on a Tuesday asking when we would receive the quote based on needing numbers for our project and he did not get back with me until that following Friday saying he could not give me numbers until next week.. It is next week and I have yet to hear from anyone. If it is this hard just to get a quote, I would hate to see what happens after I put my deposit down. Not using this company for sure.”
