“NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, use this company, and if you go to Home Depot, make sure they don't rep this company for door installs. Subcontracted from Home Depot to install 2 sliding glass doors. It's been 246 days as of this writing, and the permit been expired for 45 days. I've been to the store 4 times and my wife has been once, and have yet to get this issue resolved. Do not use unless you want open permit's on your property indefinitely.”

“My experience has been the opposite of Glenn's. Every phase of the job has gone just as explained. The installation manager came out and made measurements to eliminate any homeowner mistakes. From his visit an installation plan was put in place, the replacement door and required materials were ordered. Once the door arrived at their shop we scheduled an installation date. The installer arrived at the agreed upon time, performed the job and was communicative in the process. He cleaned up and left the area the same as when he arrived. The door looks and operates great and I am very happy with Total 360.”

“Stay away! Not only worthy thousands of dollars over budget when I fired them, but I have spent additional thousand fixing all their screw ups. The level of incompetence is disgusting”
