“Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The owner stated in writing — both by email and in the contract — that I would have a full 10-year warranty on the Pella windows installed. When the windows began leaking after only three years, the owner was notified and completely denied the warranty coverage. A judgment has since been filed, and the owner has been found in default and is currently going through Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. Steer clear of this company. Extremely unscrupulous business practices and no accountability once problems arise.”
