“We purchased & had installed a total of 9 solar screens and 1 large bathroom mirror. The product is perfect and the installation went ‘smooth as silk’. We love the solar screens they built to fit perfectly on our new windows. The mirror looks wonderful with the bevel edge. We wholeheartedly recommend this company for any of your glass or other needs. Terry our salesman was great and kept us informed of how the order was coming.”

“Binswanger Glass has been wonderful to work with. I purchased two sliding glass shower doors from Home Depot eight years ago. One of the doors was installed incorrectly and came completely off. Thank goodness, no one was injured. I called Binswanger in Galveston, and Jack came to the house to assess the problem. On his recommendation and the worry that the door would eventually come off again, I purchased a new, safer door from Binswanger. I was not in town at the time of the installation, but the new shower door was mistakenly installed in the wrong bathroom. Understandable, since both doors measure almost exactly the same. As a result, Binswanger apologized for their mistake and installed another brand new shower door in the original bathroom free of charge. Who could ask for more from a company? After this experience, if at all possible, I will do business with local establishments who care about quality and stand by their work. I can't recommend Binswanger Glass enough.”

“I called and received a response and an onsite visit the same day. Estimate was reasonable and quick. Turnaround time to install was quick and install was quick and easy. I will definitely call Binswanger again if the need arises! All involved were very professional.”

“Do not hire Benswanger Glass to repair or replace items in your home. I should have called another company at the beginning of my interactions with Ben swinger glass, but I didn’t trust my gut. The interactions by phone to try to get an estimator to come out were odd and the gentleman I spoke with was not incredibly friendly. The estimator that came out to my home was a little off-putting in his manner and disposition. The initial quote I was sent apparently left out a portion of the materials or labor, and I was sent a second quote for almost double the price. The two-man crew sent to my home for installation did not communicate with me well or often. And they did not offer to look at the installation with me before leaving my home. Those may seem like trivial concerns, but they foreshadowed much bigger issues. I had my shower frame and glass replaced a little over a week ago and I just keep noticing flaws. They are not only unattractive, but they impact the structural integrity of the shower. I am shocked that I paid so much for such unacceptable workmanship. I will never call them again.”

“Binswanger is Awesome? Juan did a fantastic job with his apprentice? Juan made sure everything was done very well . The door Glass was shattered by the Weed Wacker rock being flung in the glass and it is now brand new. To go a step further they cut and installed a protection piece of Lexan. All of this was done with a very short time and entirety install was done in less then 2 hours . This was a very professional and pleasant experience.”

“Both Juan and David did an excellent job installing the pane of insulated glass in my existing kitchen window pane. They needed to remove some shutters to then remove the window pane, but they did it with ease, and even cleaned those windows for me before leaving.”

“Inefficient. I call them to get a window repair. The intake guy takes all my info for 1 window repair. Then sends me to another intake guy to repeat the entire process. They arrive during my appointment window. Very nice but thinks they are there for a bathroom remodel? What was even the point of all that time on the phone. Before we even walk in the house he hears I have a window replacement and tells me they have a 3 window replacement minimum. I tell him I don’t want to waste their time or mine and he proceeds to say well maybe we can work it out. Wrong. After spending time in my house he tells me again 3 window minimum. Also why didn’t the call center tell me this? Don’t waste your time here if you want a window repair. I have them 2 stars because they were nice and came on time for the appointment I booked.”

“Sitting quietly in my living room I heard a pink follow the sound and saw photo one my shower door shattered in place. A few minutes later the whole thing fell that would be photo 2. Today they came in and replaced it and it looks like a brand spanking neindoor that came with all the other glass you'd never know I had a problem. David the technician and his helper were wonderful quiet clean vacuumed up any stray glass that was left over. When it comes to anything glass this is the company to go to their technicians are knowledgeable and patient installation crews are professional. Thank you very much for all your help a great experience.”

“Project was a door sidelight replacement. The glass installed was exactly what was ordered and was cut to size. The installation was sloppy with no prep work done to clean up the edges of the frame before the new glass was installed. New trim pieces were not installed because they had no way to trim them to size. Customer service was average at best.”
