“Service was excellent and pricing was even better! I called about my windshield on Friday, they were at my house on Monday installing it. Coming to you is included in pricing! Shannon installed my windshield and he was polite, quick, and professional. No one can beat this service, whether by price or customer service. If I could give them a 10 star rating, i would. “Out of four vendors I contacted concerning a broken window, James Clark was the only one who contacted me the next day, came to inspect and gave me a price and a potential installation date. One other called 4 days later and couldn't give me a date to inspect, another called but couldn't come for 10 days, the last one didn't even return my call. If you want a dependable vendor, you will not go amiss using All Star Glass.”

“On the morning of my scheduled appointment to have my windshield replaced they called twenty mins before the time of my appointment and changed the time of my appointment to hours later that same day and then an hour later asked me to reschedule completely, so I did for the next day. They NEVER showed up or even responded back to me again or anything. Very unprofessional and I am not from this area so I spent days and money that I really didn't even HAVE on motel fees trying to wait for them to replace my windshield and still got done this way. I do not recommend this business and I will not be using them again.”

“I called James on a Saturday morning, when no one was open. He said he would meet me at his shop and sale me a piece of glass for a window that was broken in a storm. He only ask $30 for a small piece that was 15”x22”! I though that there wasn’t any good people left in this world but James has proved me wrong. James, My family and I would like to thank you for being an upstanding person. After all of that, he even quoted me a good price for my windshield to get replaced. “OMG Our new windows look fantastic. Everything is caulked all the tags have been replaced the windows have been cleaned the little holes that take buttons have been buttoned up. They showed up on time and for whatever reason our windows were a little more difficult to remove. The guys did it with a smile on their face. Steve and I highly recommend”

“We had James come out and work on our door at my job, it was dragging from where the wind blew it open and was not shutting all the way. When he left the door was ok, we paid him 300.00 (200.00 plus 100.00 in merchandise from our store, He was supposed to return with a door stop that he was going to order to keep from the same thing happening again. 2 days after he left the door was messed up again doing the same thing, we called him and he kept saying he was going to come back out and bring the door stop. Well finally after months and months, my manager called him and he had the nerve to lie to her and say that he came in 2 weeks earlier and fixed the door again, there are only 2 people that work here besides my manager so we would know if he came back, he just lied. So he said he would come back out but it was gonna cost us another 200.00 to fix it, it should not have cost us anything being that apparently it was not fixed the right way to begin with, and if he would have came back out when it messed up again we would have already been done with this, not to mention he never brought the door stop that he charged us for!!! Bad business dude I would not bother messing with him!!!”

“Work was problematic reaching him was problematic numerous calls text and emails to get a response after Partially completing the job, he said that he wanted to do the job right order some more clips and he would come back out and redo back glass. He left. Put me off a minimum of 3 times everything from sick techs to going to do large jobs when he finally returned he asked for compensation, Even though he said there would be no charge for return. He claimed that he didn't remember that . When he came back out and redid back glass finally he said that if he had to come back out for leaks he would expect compensation. I asked for receipt and he said he didn't have any but that he would email me one.I said no I want 1 in writing and I told him I will get a piece of paper he said write on it whatever you want and them whenever he got the piece of paper to sign he wrote on it no warranties customers gasket and customers parts which He failed to mention this initially. He just said if it leaks I'll take care of it. I do not recommend this individual for any glasswork of course it's your choice . I have emails and texts of numerous conversations. “Needed a window to be replaced and they came out to measure. After a month the job was not done and when I called was told that due to the recent storm orders have been delayed. That was two months ago. No follow up since and all of my phone calls have gone answered. Poor customer service and extremely unresponsive.”
