Voice-first profit & invoicing for the trades
Know what the job made you — and get paid for it.
Talk to DIRT from the truck. It logs the money in and the costs that eat your margin, tells you what you actually cleared per hour, then builds the invoice so you get paid your way. Plain numbers. No spreadsheets. No desk.

The problem
You finished the job. Did you make money?
Most contractors can't say for sure. You quote it, you do the work, you get paid — and the real number gets buried. Months later, maybe, you find out that job bled you. By then it's too late to fix it.
-
Materials creep
Three extra trips to the supply house. Nobody wrote it down.
-
Hours run long
The two-day job took four. That time came straight out of your rate.
-
Fuel & dump fees
The small stuff you never log adds up to a real chunk of the margin.
What you cleared per hour is the one number that keeps the lights on. DIRT hands it to you.
How it works
Four steps. Done from the truck.
-
Talk it in
"New job — kitchen rewire for the Hendersons." Call out the hours, materials, fuel and fees as they happen. Gloves on, dirty hands, doesn't matter.
-
DIRT does the math
It adds up what came in and the costs that eat your margin — materials, subs, fuel, dump fees. No spreadsheet. No data entry at the kitchen table at 9pm.
-
See what you cleared
One screen, big numbers. Net profit and what you made per hour, per job. Green means you made money. Red means you bled it. No guessing.
-
Build the invoice, get paid
Turn the job into a clean, itemized invoice. DIRT reads the money back to you and waits for your "yes" before anything moves. Send it from your own phone — and get paid your way.
The number that matters
Every job, one honest number.
Not a guess. Not "feels about right." DIRT shows you what each job actually cleared you per hour — your time treated as the money you're trying to earn, not buried in a column. Know your best work from your worst, and quote the next one like you mean it.

Get paid your way
You pick how the money comes in.
Tradespeople don't all get paid the same way. DIRT doesn't force one. Build the invoice once, then collect however your customer pays.
-
Card & bank
Turn on card and bank payments through DIRT. The invoice goes out under your business — you stay the one getting paid, money lands in your account.
-
Check, Venmo, Zelle, cash
Old-school is fine. DIRT cuts a numbered invoice and you mark it paid by voice — "paid, check 1042" — so your books stay straight without a processor.
Every money move gets read back to you out loud. Nothing sends until you say "yes."
Who it's for
Built for the trades. Solo or a small crew.
If you swing the tools, run the truck, and hate paperwork more than a Monday rain delay — DIRT is for you. One person up to a four-person crew.

More under the hood
It's not just a job logger.
The profit number is the hook. Underneath it, DIRT does the office work you keep putting off — all from the same voice you already use on a job.
- Bids & estimates
- Read-a-receipt expenses
- Your numbers by job & month

FAQ
Straight answers.
Do I have to type everything in?
No. You talk to it from the truck. Typing is there if you want it, but the whole point is voice — and anything you type by hand, DIRT leaves alone.
Is this accounting software?
No. DIRT tells you what each job actually cleared you per hour, then helps you invoice and get paid — right from the truck. It's not payroll and it's not your accountant's books. Just the money that matters: what you made, and getting it collected.
How do I get paid through it?
Your call. Turn on card and bank payments and the invoice goes out under your business with the money landing in your account. Or keep taking check, Venmo, Zelle and cash — DIRT still gives you a clean numbered invoice and you mark it paid by voice.
What's it cost?
Early access is free while we finish the beta. There'll be a paid plan at launch for the heavy-duty business tools — we'll tell you the price straight before you ever pay a dime.
When can I get it?
It's in build now, iPhone first. Get on the early-access list and we'll text you the day it's ready to test.
Android?
