What does "Done For You" mean exactly?
Drop your number in the contact form. We call you, collect your trade, city, and business name, then stand up your website, assign your DIRT Line number, and turn on automations — usually under 30 minutes. You don't touch a settings screen. We handle it.
Is there a Do It Yourself option?
Yes — download the DIRT app on iPhone, Android, or open the web app at app.dirttrades.com. Voice job logging, profit tracking, bids, invoices, and the full job record are free to start. No card required. You don't get the website, DIRT Line, or automations on the DIY path — those are Done For You.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel before the next billing cycle and you're done. Your data is yours to export.
What's the DIRT Line phone number?
A real local phone number in your area code — provisioned the day you start. Calls and texts to that number route through DIRT: the AI answers when you're on a job, and every conversation is logged to your client record automatically.
Do I have to type everything in?
No. DIRT is voice-first. Talk a job in from the truck — hours, materials, costs, client name. DIRT logs it. You can also type if you're at a desk. Both work; voice is faster.
Is DIRT on Android?
Yes — DIRT is available on iPhone, Android, and as a web app. Download links are in the app stores and at app.dirttrades.com.
Does Market include ad spend?
Market includes Google Ads management — we set up, run, and optimize the campaigns. Ad spend (what you pay Google directly) is separate and set by you. We manage the targeting and creative; you control the budget.
