The problem
You look at your stats and you see numbers. What you don't see is the story. Which service type is killing your EHR. Which client is eating your margin through change orders and slow pay. Which month you should have raised rates.
You need someone to connect the dots — but you can't afford a business analyst and your accountant only sees the taxes.
Why we built it
The data is already in DIRT. We're building a feature that reads it the way a sharp advisor would — pattern recognition across jobs, clients, and time — and tells you what to actually do differently next quarter.
How it works
- 1
Coming soon: request a Business Analyst report from your stats or home screen.
- 2
DIRT reviews 90 days of jobs, clients, invoices, and travel data.
- 3
You get a plain-English analysis: what's working, what's dragging your rate, and three specific things to change.
What changes for your business
Before
Stare at the numbers. Guess what they mean. Make the same margin mistakes next quarter.
After
A coaching report that reads your data and tells you what to fix.
Common questions
What is the DIRT AI Business Analyst feature?
A coming-soon feature that reads your job history and tells you in plain English what to change — which job types are dragging your rate, which clients are costing you margin, what to do differently next quarter. Not released yet.
Is the Business Analyst feature available now?
Not yet. The live DIRT stats dashboard, EHR trends, best/worst clients, and daily recommendation card cover the core analytics right now. The Business Analyst goes deeper and will ship as a separate feature.
What will it actually tell me that the stats dashboard doesn't?
Stats show you what is. The Business Analyst will tell you what to do. Pattern recognition across 90 days of jobs, clients, invoices, and travel data — then three specific actions to take next quarter.
What data does it use to make recommendations?
Your own DIRT data — jobs, labor hours, materials, client payment speed, travel costs. It reads your history, not industry averages. The output is specific to your business, not a generic tip sheet.
How is this different from just looking at my stats myself?
The analysis connects dots across categories you'd never pull together manually — a specific client's slow pay combined with that client's job type combined with the months those jobs run long. That pattern is invisible in the raw stats.
When can I try it?
No release date announced. Your DIRT account will surface the feature when it becomes available. In the meantime, the recommendation card on your home screen flags the most important action each day.
