The problem
You have a logo. Your truck has it. Your business cards have it. But your invoices are plain white with your name in basic text. And if you want to add the logo to DIRT, you're uploading it, then adjusting colors, then checking how it looks on the invoice PDF.
Why we built it
Your brand should transfer automatically. If you have a website or an existing brand kit, DIRT imports it — logo, primary color — and applies it across your invoices, bids, and site without you touching a color picker.
How it works
- 1
In Settings, tap "Brand kit" and either upload your logo or paste your website URL for auto-import.
- 2
DIRT pulls your logo and primary color and shows a preview.
- 3
Confirm and apply — brand kit is active on all invoices, bids, and your contractor site.
What changes for your business
Before
Plain invoices. Brand is on the truck but not in the paperwork.
After
Logo on invoices, bids, and site. Consistent brand everywhere.
Common questions
What is the brand kit import in DIRT?
It's how your logo and brand colors transfer into DIRT and apply across invoices, bids, and your contractor site. Upload your logo once — or paste your website URL for auto-import — and DIRT applies your brand to all client-facing documents.
What does the brand kit include?
Your logo and your primary brand color. These apply to your invoice PDF, bid documents, and your published contractor site — so everything looks consistent instead of mismatched.
How do I import my logo into DIRT?
In Settings, tap "Brand kit." Upload your logo file directly, or paste your existing website URL and DIRT will attempt to pull the logo and primary color from it automatically.
Where does my logo appear after I import it?
On your invoice PDF, your bid documents, and your published contractor site — every client-facing document in DIRT.
What if I don't have a logo yet?
Skip it for now. You can add a logo in settings at any time and it applies to new invoices and documents immediately. Your site and invoices work fine without one.
Can I import colors from my existing website?
Yes. When you paste your website URL, DIRT attempts to pull your primary color automatically. You can also set a color manually using a hex code.
Does the brand kit apply to old invoices?
The brand kit applies to new invoices and documents going forward. Old invoice PDFs retain the branding they had when they were generated.
What plan includes brand kit import?
Brand kit import is available on all DIRT plans. Even on the free Solo tier, you can add your logo to invoices.
