The problem
A basic Finds profile may already exist for your business name. It has your name and not much else. Leads who land on it see an empty card and move on. Claiming it and completing it takes fifteen minutes — and makes it actually work.
Why we built it
A completed listing converts at 3-5x the rate of an empty one. Claiming your listing gives you full control — photos, services, response to reviews, and the ability to make the listing actually represent your business.
How it works
- 1
Search for your business on dirttrades.com/finds or in DIRT settings.
- 2
Tap "Claim this listing" and verify your identity with your DIRT account.
- 3
Add photos, services, and a bio. You control the listing from DIRT from now on.
What changes for your business
Before
Basic listing shows your name and nothing else. Leads bounce.
After
Claimed and completed listing. Photos, services, bio. Leads convert.
Common questions
What does it mean to claim my Finds listing?
It means you verify the listing belongs to your business and take control of it. An unclaimed listing has your name and not much else. A claimed listing has your photos, services, and bio — and you can update it directly from DIRT.
Is there already a Finds listing for my business?
Possibly. Search your business name on dirttrades.com/finds or in DIRT settings. If a basic profile exists, it was auto-generated from public trade data. Claiming it gives you full ownership.
What can I do after claiming that I can't do otherwise?
Add photos, write a bio, list your services, and respond to leads. An unclaimed listing is static; a claimed one is yours to control and update.
How long does the claim process take?
About 15 minutes. Search for your business on Finds or in DIRT settings, tap "Claim this listing," verify with your DIRT account, and you're in.
What should I add to a newly claimed listing?
Photos of real work come first. Then your services list and a two-sentence bio. That's usually enough to outperform an empty or unclaimed listing in the same city.
Could someone else claim my listing?
Claiming requires verification through a DIRT account. If your business info on DIRT matches the listing, you can claim it. Two people cannot both claim the same listing.
Does claiming cost anything?
Claiming is free with a Leads plan. Premium placement at the top of city search results is a separate paid option.
What plan do I need to claim a listing?
A Leads plan or higher. Claiming and managing a Finds listing is not available on the free Solo tier.
