Work · Get Organized

Every job, bid, and invoice on one card. Know the full picture before you pick up.

Client history software should put everything on one screen: active jobs, outstanding invoices and their totals, completed work, bid history, notes, and payment history. The client 360 view in DIRT does exactly that, and any item on the card taps straight through to its record. Opening the card before you answer the phone tells you whether they owe you money and what you quoted them last year, before they finish explaining why they are calling.

The problem

Client calls. You know the name. But where's the invoice you sent them? Is that job fully paid? What did you quote them last year? The context is in your head and scattered across three places in the app. You end up winging the call.

Why we built it

Every time you interact with a client, you should have full context — and getting that context shouldn't require five taps. Client 360 puts all of it on one card: history, open items, money owed, notes.

How it works

  1. 1

Open a client from the Clients list.

  2. 2

The 360 view shows: active jobs, outstanding invoices, completed job history, bids, and notes.

  3. 3

Tap any item to go directly to that record.

What changes for your business

Before

Client calls. Flip through multiple screens to find the invoice, the job, the notes.

After

Open the client. See everything. Know the full context before you say hello.

Common questions

What is a client 360 view?

A client 360 view shows everything you have on one client in a single screen — active jobs, open invoices, bid history, completed work, and notes. The idea is that you shouldn't need to tap through five screens to get context before a client conversation.

What information is in a DIRT client 360?

Open the client card and you see: active jobs and their status, outstanding invoices and their totals, past completed jobs, open bids, notes you've logged, and payment history. Everything tied to that person in one view.

How do I quickly find all jobs for one client?

Open the client from the Clients list. Their 360 view shows every job — active, complete, and archived — tied to that client. Tap any job to go directly to its record. No searching, no filtering, no cross-referencing.

Can I see what a client currently owes me from their record?

Yes. The outstanding invoice balance is visible in the client 360 view. You can see total owed, individual unpaid invoices, and payment history — everything you need before a follow-up call or before deciding whether to take their next job.

How does client 360 help before picking up the phone when a client calls?

Open their card before you say hello and you already know: whether they have an outstanding invoice, what job is active, when you last worked together, and any notes you logged. That context turns a reactive call into a confident one.

Does the client 360 show bid history too?

Yes. Accepted, declined, and pending bids all appear in the client 360. If you quoted them last year and they're calling back, you can see what you quoted, what they accepted, and what the job made you — all before they finish explaining why they're calling.
