It recurs. 20% of their monthly subscription, every month, for 12 months. If they stay on a paid plan, you earn every month. It's not a signup bonus — it's a share of what they pay while they use DIRT.
How do I get my referral link?
Settings → Referrals. Your personal referral link and code are both there. Share the link anywhere — text, email, a Facebook group reply, your email signature.
When does commission start — when they sign up or when they pay?
When they move to a paid plan. Free Solo signups are attributed to you and show in your dashboard, but the 20% commission activates when they pay. The attribution is locked from the moment they use your link.
Can I refer multiple contractors?
No stated limit. Each referral is tracked separately in your dashboard. 20% per month, per contractor, for 12 months each — so referring ten guys is ten separate income streams running simultaneously.
How do I track my referrals and earnings?
Settings → Referrals. Your dashboard shows who signed up through your link, when they converted to a paid plan, and your total earned commission.
Who is this program most useful for?
Contractors with a network — guys in their union local, subcontractors they work with, crews from other trades. Word-of-mouth is how DIRT grows, and the program pays you real recurring money for what you'd do anyway.
