The problem
Your leads come from your website, Google Business, a Facebook group, a referral text, and cold calls. Each one lands somewhere different. Your pipeline is actually five separate things and you manage them with memory.
Why we built it
Leads from every channel flow into one DIRT pipeline. Web form, DIRT Line call, SMS, or a lead you type in manually — they all land in the same place. You don't need to check five apps to know what's active.
How it works
- 1
Connect your lead sources in DIRT settings: website form, DIRT Line, and SMS are connected by default.
- 2
All incoming leads — from any source — land in the CRM inbox as new pipeline entries.
- 3
Work the pipeline from one screen: follow up, move to stage, create a bid, done.
What changes for your business
Before
Leads in five places. Work them by memory. Miss the ones in the slow inbox.
After
All channels feed one pipeline. Work everything from one screen.
Common questions
What is the all-channels CRM inbox in DIRT?
A single pipeline that collects every lead source in one place — website form submissions, calls to your DIRT Line, SMS, and leads you add manually. Instead of checking five apps, you check one.
What lead sources flow into the DIRT inbox?
Your DIRT website lead form, your public lead form link, inbound calls and texts to your DIRT Line, and any leads you enter by hand. Connect your sources once in DIRT settings and they feed in automatically.
Do phone call leads get added automatically?
Yes, for inbound DIRT Line calls. For leads who called your personal cell or came through a channel you manage yourself, you add them manually in a few taps.
Can I see where each lead came from?
Yes. Every lead record shows the source — website form, DIRT Line, SMS, manual entry, or referral link. That tells you which channels actually produce jobs, not just leads.
What happens to a lead once it's in the inbox?
It gets a pipeline stage — New, Contacted, Quoted, Won, or Lost. You move it through stages as you work it. Create a bid directly from the lead card when they're ready.
Is the inbox the same as the CRM pipeline?
Same data, different view. The inbox shows leads as they arrive; the pipeline shows them in stages. Both update in real time.
Can I assign follow-up sequences to leads from the inbox?
Yes. From any lead card, assign an SMS nurture sequence and follow-up texts go out automatically on schedule until the lead responds.
What plan includes the all-channels inbox?
The CRM inbox is part of Ops. It includes the DIRT Line, AI receptionist, two-way SMS, and all lead source integrations.
