How do leads from Finds reach me?
When a homeowner submits the lead form on your Finds profile, it lands in your DIRT CRM pipeline as a new lead. You get a push notification.
Is listing on Finds free?
A basic profile is included with Leads at no extra cost. Featured placement at the top of city search results is a paid add-on called Finds Premium.
How is Finds different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?
On Angi and HomeAdvisor, the same lead gets sent to multiple contractors at once. On Finds, the lead came to your profile specifically — they chose you, not a shared pool. Leads from Finds also flow directly into your DIRT pipeline, not a separate inbox.
