How it works

What does Finds Premium do?

It moves your listing to a featured position at the top of Finds search results for your trade and city. Standard listings appear in the general results; premium listings appear first, above them, with a featured badge.

Is premium placement city-specific?

Yes. You select which city or metro market you want placement in. If you serve multiple markets, you'd need separate premium placements for each.

How many premium spots are available per city?

Premium placement is limited per trade and city to avoid crowding the top of results. Check current availability in DIRT settings → Finds.

Is it worth paying for if I already have a complete listing?

Depends on competition in your city. In a market with 20 listed plumbers, premium is the difference between being buried and being the first result. In a thin market where you're one of three listings, a standard listing may already perform well.

What does Finds Premium cost?

Pricing is set per market. Check DIRT settings → Finds → Upgrade to Premium for current pricing in your city.

How do I sign up for Finds Premium?

In DIRT settings → Finds, tap "Upgrade to Premium," select your market, and confirm. Your listing moves to featured placement immediately.

Can I cancel if it's not producing leads?

Yes. Finds Premium is a subscription you can cancel from settings. If you cancel, your listing returns to standard placement.

Do I need a claimed listing before I can upgrade to premium?

Yes. Claim and complete your Finds listing first — premium placement on an empty listing won't convert leads. A complete profile with photos and services is what makes premium worth the spend.
