Yes. When you tap "Create Invoice" from a job screen, DIRT shows your effective hourly rate and total profit for that job before the invoice builder opens. You see the number before it's final.
What does the job review screen actually show me?
Your effective hourly rate, total profit, and how both compare to your target rate. If the job ran long or materials cost more than expected, you see that gap before you bill.
What can I do if the numbers look bad before I send the invoice?
Go back and adjust line items on the job. Add missed costs, correct hours, or review scope. You can catch an undersell before it's permanent.
Does the review screen appear automatically or do I have to find it?
Automatically. Tap "Create Invoice" from any job and the profit summary appears first, before the invoice builder loads. It's a checkpoint, not a screen you have to navigate to.
Can I skip the job review if I'm in a hurry?
Yes. Tap through to the invoice builder. The review is a fast checkpoint, not a required stop. But the contractors who skip it are the ones who invoice a loser without knowing it.
What's the point of seeing the number if I already agreed to a price with the client?
You can still adjust line items before billing. And the pattern across five jobs tells you which job types to price differently next time. You can't fix this invoice — but you can fix the next one.
