"Take me to Nora's invoice." Done.

You can jump straight to a job, client, or invoice by saying its name instead of tapping through menus, and it does not have to be the exact name. Tap the mic on any screen in DIRT and say "Henderson job," "last invoice I sent," or "open bids," and it lands you on that record in one step. Approximate is fine — if the match is unclear, it asks.

The problem

Six clients. Four active jobs. Three invoices in the air. You know Nora Henderson's invoice is in here somewhere, but you're tapping through screens in a parking lot while she's texting you about the balance.

Menu navigation on a phone is bad enough on the couch. In the cab with work gloves on, it's a disaster.

Why we built it

When someone talks to DIRT, they shouldn't have to know where something lives in the app. They just say the name, or the job, or what they're looking for. DIRT handles the routing.

How it works

  1. 1

Tap the mic from any screen.

  2. 2

Say the name: "Henderson job," "last invoice I sent," "open bids." Doesn't have to be exact.

  3. 3

DIRT takes you directly to the right screen — no tap path required.

What changes for your business

Before

Tap through three menus to find a client record while parked outside their house.

After

Say the name. Land on the record in one step.

Common questions

Can I find a specific job or client without tapping through menus?

Yes. Tap the mic and say the name or describe what you're looking for. DIRT takes you directly to the right record — no tap path required.

What exactly do I say to pull up a client or job record?

Say the name or describe it: "Henderson job," "last invoice I sent," "open bids." It doesn't need to be exact. DIRT matches the closest record and takes you there.

Does it work if I only remember part of the name?

Yes. "Henderson," "kitchen job," "that invoice from last week" — approximate is fine. DIRT finds the best match and navigates you there. If it's unclear, it asks.

Does voice navigation work from any screen, or only from the home screen?

Any screen. Tap the mic wherever you are in the app and navigate without backing out. You don't have to return to the home screen to jump to a different record.

Why use voice navigation instead of the search bar?

Voice is faster when your hands are dirty or you're working from the cab. No typing, no keyboard to open. For anyone running the app while on the move, it removes the friction of hunt-and-tap navigation.

Can I navigate to screens like stats or AR by voice, not just client records?

Yes. "Open bids," "AR dashboard," "stats," "my invoices" — DIRT routes you to the right screen. Any main section of the app is reachable by voice.
